About the role

  • Team Leader in SAP leading S/4HANA transformation projects for diverse industries. Ensuring successful project deployment and team development while fostering positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants working on Core Model, deployment, conversion, or upgrade projects to S/4HANA
  • Ensure the successful roll-out of the SAP Core Model across subsidiaries while guaranteeing its consistency, governance, and scalability
  • Serve as the primary client contact: understand their challenges, build a long-term relationship of trust, anticipate needs, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Foster a positive team dynamic: support skills development and career paths in coordination with HR teams
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes, tools, and delivery methodologies
  • Provide expertise on multi-sector client projects around S/4HANA and contribute to innovation within our SAP offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP, including direct involvement in S/4HANA projects
  • Cross-functional understanding of supply chain, logistics, or finance business areas
  • End-to-end SAP project experience: from design through production go-live and post-go-live support
  • Natural leadership, ability to unite and develop a team
  • Clear communication, advisory mindset, and good listening skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Occasional travel required depending on assignments
  • Fluent English to operate in an international context
