About the role
- Senior IT-Security Engineer developing and implementing Cyber Security solutions for clients in Germany. Leading technical projects and advising on IT-Security best practices.
Responsibilities
- You develop and deploy cyber security solutions from various vendors in the complex IT infrastructures of our clients in the upper mid-market and corporate environments.
- You create technical security strategies to defend against cyberattacks.
- You implement tailored security measures for endpoints, networks, and authentication systems.
- You establish measures for the early detection of cyber threats.
- You advise and support our clients on all cyber security / IT security matters.
- You lead and take responsibility for technical security projects. Together we will look for projects that match your interests. You will help decide which client projects you will work on.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building and operating secure IT infrastructures
- Good knowledge of security technologies from established vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft, Trellix, or Okta)
- Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to master complex technical challenges.
- Experience with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and CIS Benchmarks (nice to have)
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, FCP, PCNSA, SC-100) (nice to have)
- Experience leading project teams in a technical security environment (nice to have)
