Head of Information Security Management driving Cyber Security with strategic oversight and team development at carmasec in Köln. Engage in consulting projects and fiscal planning for Information Security Management.

Responsibilities

Your goal is to make the Information Security Management area at carmasec future-proof and commercially successful.
At the same time, you promote the professional development of employees and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
You develop the vision and strategy for your area of responsibility.
You are responsible for the Information Security Management portfolio at carmasec.
You work with executive management to develop strategies for the company’s long-term success.
You coordinate content for external communication with stakeholders such as Marketing and Sales.
You define methodological frameworks for customer projects.
You maintain an overview of ongoing projects and the professional expertise of employees in the area.
You decide on the personnel development of the area.
You are responsible for the revenue planning of the area.
You make decisions about strategic partnerships and the professional training of employees.
You prioritize projects and ensure strategic alignment in line with company objectives.
You lead your own consulting projects on information security with our customers.

You are self-organised and can plan work processes efficiently.
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication set you apart.
You have several years of practical experience in information security or IT risk management.
You understand market and customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions based on that understanding.
We appreciate the following skills; if they are not yet in your toolbox, you will learn them during onboarding: confident use of consulting methods such as time management, project and client management, and quality management.
Experience in the technical leadership of employees.
Experience in leading and strategically developing a business area is an advantage.
Agile mindset and initial experience with agile methods such as OKR or Scrum — you can adapt flexibly to changing requirements while keeping company objectives in view.
