You are responsible for the Information Security Management portfolio at carmasec.
You work with executive management to develop strategies for the company’s long-term success.
You coordinate content for external communication with stakeholders such as Marketing and Sales.
You define methodological frameworks for customer projects.
You maintain an overview of ongoing projects and the professional expertise of employees in the area.
You decide on the personnel development of the area.
You are responsible for the revenue planning of the area.

You prioritize projects and ensure strategic alignment in line with company objectives.
You lead your own consulting projects on information security with our customers.
Requirements

You have several years of practical experience in information security or IT risk management.
You understand market and customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions based on that understanding.

Experience in the technical leadership of employees.
Experience in leading and strategically developing a business area is an advantage.
