Responsibilities
Perform data analysis of the logistics chain in partnership with a third-party service provider.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary adjustments.
Continuously plan and review the inventory occupancy plan for finished goods.
Monitor inventory occupancy to flag potential risks or improvement opportunities to leadership.
Conduct investigations and analyses of inventory movements and report discrepancies and required adjustments.
Monitor and report on shelf-life status and items/actions on hold.
Support the logistics operator in investigating irregularities and events that directly impact our results, such as non-conformities, customer audits, or shipment errors.
Handle moderately complex issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis with a focus on logistics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query
Experience with logistics operations is desirable
