About the role
- Analista de Operações Logísticas responsável por logística e monitoramento de empresa terceirizada. Representando o local e desenvolvendo iniciativas para padronização e melhorias em projetos.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis of the logistics chain in partnership with a third-party service provider.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary adjustments.
- Continuously plan and review the inventory occupancy plan for finished goods.
- Monitor inventory occupancy to flag potential risks or improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Conduct investigations and analyses of inventory movements and report discrepancies and required adjustments.
- Monitor and report on shelf-life status and items/actions on hold.
- Support the logistics operator in investigating irregularities and events that directly impact our results, such as non-conformities, customer audits, or shipment errors.
- Handle moderately complex issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis with a focus on logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query
- Experience with logistics operations is desirable
