Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- At least 2 years of applied engineering experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- Masters degree in system design and controls or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the systems and component development lifecycles
- Experience with Agile work flow planning
- Experience with systems requirement flow down
- Experience developing RCCA plans and execution, with demonstrated results
- Experience developing motor driven actuation systems
- Experience with implementing control architecture in electronic controller applications
- Experience with Real Time hardware in the loop controller development
- Control theory basics (block diagram representations of nonlinear and linearized systems, frequency response, gain and phase margins, time constants and interactions, etc.
- Systems simulation (proficiency with Matlab/Simulink and Excel or other performance modeling software)
- Thermodynamics experience
- Fluid dynamics experience
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
- Experience with MBSE tools.
