About the role

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing goods, materials and services to meet operational needs
  • PO Placement responsibilities and complex negotiations
  • Interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Project management experience to support sourcing strategies
  • Communication with programs and leadership on targets

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of Procurement experience or Supply Chain Management
  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge of purchasing systems
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of government compliance - FAR/DFAR
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Planning, negotiations, and agreements/contract management experience
  • Good technical knowledge of Procurement/Sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree
