About the role

  • Senior Advanced Data Analyst supporting the Program Management Office with data analysis and SharePoint management. Responsible for data quality and insights to improve program performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytical models to gain insights from complex data sets related to program health.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint for effective team communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze trends and patterns using statistical techniques to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data governance and maintain data quality standards.
  • Contribute to the success of development program initiatives through data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Manage and optimize data processes to support business functions.
  • Track participant progress and training outcomes in development programs to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Organize SharePoint content, ensuring it is current and relevant to support collaboration.
  • Utilize SharePoint features to enhance communication and project management within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and advanced data modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL, Python, or R.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively present insights.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality assurance practices.
  • Strong integrity and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in data science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
