About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated AI systems, including RAG architectures, multi-modal orchestration, and hybrid ML/LLM solutions
- Build production-ready AI applications with robust monitoring, governance, and scalability
- Optimize model performance and operational costs
- Implement enterprise MLOps pipelines for automated training, deployment, and monitoring
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical application in client products
- Define AI best practices and development standards for the organization
- Mentor junior AI engineers and support cross-functional team members
- Collaborate on AI transformation projects involving data, software, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and integration
- Experience with LLM operations such as fine-tuning, multi-modal integration, end-to-end pipelines, and RAG implementations
- Proficiency in analyzing AI models, data vectorization, and embedding strategies
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning is considered a plus
- Experience with API development, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
