Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Analyst who wants to grow and learn, share knowledge, collaborate and innovate while delivering value to all our clients.

- Ensure that machine learning solutions comply with current internal policies
- Optimize models and architectures for performance, accuracy, scalability and resource efficiency
- Participate in defining and implementing security standards to ensure model integrity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for algorithm application
- Define target architectures, implement and operationalize complex models
- Develop and deploy scalable AI systems capable of handling high transaction volumes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Advanced English (technical reading and communication)
- Strong experience with Python
- Advanced knowledge of MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, automation)
- Experience with AWS and its ML/AI services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.)
- Proficiency in design patterns applied to software engineering and ML
- Experience in AI Engineering, including architectures, pipelines and model workflows in production
- Experience operationalizing AI systems in high-complexity, large-scale environments
