Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute both paid and organic social media campaigns across key European markets.
  • Oversee campaign performance, ensuring brand consistency and engagement growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to innovate content strategies.
  • Coordinate with local teams to adapt strategies according to cultural specifics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of confirmed experience in social media management (organic + paid).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills (English mandatory; French/German/Swedish languages a plus).
  • Creative mindset with ability to adapt brand storytelling to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets is highly valued.
  • Additional expertise in other digital levers (SEA, SEO, CRM, influencer marketing) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
