Act for a range of clients including housing associations, real estate developers and investors in property
Review and action correspondence from various parties
Responsible for producing, monitoring and updating various reports as required
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role, ideally handling a caseload with minimum supervision
Comprehensive experience of the conveyancing process end-to-end
Drafting legal documents
**Desirable, but not essential**
Knowledge of leasehold transactions
Experience in dealing with housing associations
Previous experience in working in a social housing environment
Knowledge of the Capital Funding Guide and model Leases
