About the role

Site Set Up Executive in Social Housing Sales team providing services to housing providers. Collaborating with clients and technical experts on site setups and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

Work closely with a talented team in a busy and fact moving environment
Provide high quality services to a varied portfolio of clients
Play a key role in the team focussing on site set up
Provide technical support for the wider team
Act for a range of clients including housing associations, real estate developers and investors in property
Review and action correspondence from various parties
Responsible for producing, monitoring and updating various reports as required

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role, ideally handling a caseload with minimum supervision
Comprehensive experience of the conveyancing process end-to-end
Drafting legal documents
**Desirable, but not essential**
Knowledge of leasehold transactions
Experience in dealing with housing associations
Previous experience in working in a social housing environment
Knowledge of the Capital Funding Guide and model Leases
