- Participate in the settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation
Requirements
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- 8 to 10 years of civil litigation experience.
- Insurance Defense experience required.
- Strong proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions.
- Familiarity with insurance carrier billing guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Detail-oriented, articulate, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
