About the role
- AWS Tech Lead driving architecture and delivery of serverless applications. Leading technical discussions and overseeing development using AWS Serverless technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for AWS-based solutions
- Oversee development of serverless components built using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge
- Provide hands-on development support using TypeScript and Node.js
- Ensure secure implementation of services using AWS IAM and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and offshore developers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance
- Coordinate daily with the offshore team and ensure aligned progress against milestones
Requirements
- 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in AWS Serverless Stack: Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM, EventBridge
- Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience in designing event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and operational best practices in AWS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience guiding offshore teams
