- Sviluppare, evolvere e manutenere servizi e componenti Back End in ambiente Java
- Progettare e implementare API e microservizi con architetture scalabili e sicure
- Collaborare con architetti, analisti e team cross-funzionali per definire soluzioni efficaci e allineate ai requisiti di business
- Gestire attività di debugging, ottimizzazione e troubleshooting delle applicazioni
- Utilizzare tecnologie cloud (preferibilmente Microsoft Azure)
- Garantire l’adozione delle best practice di coding, test e processi CI/CD
- Contribuire al processo di innovazione tecnica proponendo idee e miglioramenti
Requirements
- Esperienza di 4/5 anni nello sviluppo Back End con Java (Java 8 o superiori)
- Conoscenza dei principali framework: Spring / Spring Boot
- Esperienza con microservizi e API REST
- Familiarità con sistemi di versionamento (Git) e tool di build (Maven/Gradle)
- Conoscenza di database relazionali (es. Oracle, PostgreSQL) e/o NoSQL
- Conoscenza dei servizi cloud, preferibilmente Microsoft Azure (gradita certificazione Azure Fundamentals)
- Esperienza in contesti Agile/Scrum
- Orientamento al problem solving
- Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicazione efficace
