- Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze complex problems and propose viable solutions aligned with business objectives
- Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, and BPMN models to document current and future state processes
- Ensure documentation is accurate, version‑controlled, and aligned with project goals
- Use Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement tracking
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Perform basic SQL queries to validate data, support investigations, and interpret dashboards or reports
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution demos
- Act as the bridge between business users, developers, QA, and cross‑functional teams
- Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across teams
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Excel/Sheets
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Ability to interpret dashboards and derive meaningful insights
- Proficiency in creating process flows and BPMN diagrams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in agile environments
