Responsibilities
Work as an Application Developer, contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects
Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution
Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Occasional travel to customer locations (once or twice per year) may be required for project-related activities
Participate in organization-wide people initiatives as required
Requirements
3+ years of experience working as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer, with strong hands-on knowledge of Gosu, ClaimCenter configuration, and integration development.
Deep understanding of the insurance claims domain, including FNOL, coverage verification, investigation processes, exposures & reserves, payments, subrogation, litigation, vendor management, and financial authority controls.
Proven experience building and supporting ClaimCenter integrations, including messaging plugins, service APIs, claim ingestion, payment systems, document generation, and external data providers (fraud, MVR, address verification, etc.).
Ability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into “maintainable technical designs”, workflow logic, extension models, batches and API implementation details.
Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills across ClaimCenter layers (UI screens, rules, entity model, messaging, integrations, data, workflow and batches).
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or SAFe), participating in technical grooming, story estimation, code reviews.
Excellent English communication skills, capable of working with BAs, QAs, architects, and client stakeholders in global insurance programs.
A proactive, solution‑driven mindset with strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and production stability.
Guidewire ClaimCenter certifications are a strong asset.
