About the role

• Finance SAP S/4HANA consultant responsible for optimizing cost controlling processes for global organizations. Leading design and implementation of SAP controlling modules and providing strategic expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA controlling modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA controlling areas including e.g. cost accounting, product costing/variance analysis, transfer pricing, management reporting and margin analysis
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM, PM) and external systems
• Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA controlling, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in implementing SAP controlling solutions in a complex environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business controlling and performance management processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives
• Ideally, you have experience from being a team-lead for a controlling / performance mgmt. area within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation
• You are comfortable facilitating workshops and secure aligning between IT and the business
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Finnish language skills are a strong advantage
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Experience from both Greenfield and Brownfield projects is a plus as well as experience with Public Cloud
