About the role
- Lead System Architect designing Pega applications for global brands at Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience team. Responsible for architecture, leading teams, and ensuring high delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- building Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications
- being the expert responsible for technical and functional architecture
- leading a team of system architects (CSSA and CSA)
- cooperation with LBAs and the client as a trusted advisor
- making sure the delivery meets the highest standards and is up to date with Pega’s latest capabilities
Requirements
- Pega LSA certification
- min. 6 years of experience in the development of Pega applications with Pega Infinity Platform and Deployment Manager
- experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications with Pega Diagnostics Cloud
- good command of SQL
- good client-facing communication skills and agile work experience
- good command of English
