Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing and O&G industry segments
Drive growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments
Develop and implement the strategic plan in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts
Manage the execution of programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meeting customer requirements
Assess and manage risks associated with projects and operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies ensuring compliance
Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
Have the ability to travel as needed to the Client Site
Requirements
Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Product Engineering
Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programs
Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model
Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance
Develop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the client
Strong understanding of the value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutions
Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities/cross-offers
Experience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions
Experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
