Senior Module Engineer overseeing designs and technology interfaces for wind energy projects. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate interdisciplinary team requirements from Service, Production and Assembly to define interfaces and create component and module layouts
Capture requirements from R&D projects and integrate them into the GSI
Act as the strategic interface between Program Management, Core Technologies and PLM Governance teams
Resolve conflicts arising in the application of the modular product structure
Identify improvement potential and implement measures to realize it
Organize, facilitate and document the GSI weekly standing meeting (jour fixe) and additional GSI synchronization points as required based on the GSI team’s workload
Requirements
Technical university degree in engineering or alternatively a state-certified technician with demonstrable experience in the relevant field
Experience in defining and partitioning functional units/modules (design solutions) and creating modular product structures
Strong knowledge of CAD and Siemens Teamcenter / NX required
Team-oriented personality with strong facilitation and moderation skills and a drive to push initiatives forward
Good command of common PC tools (Microsoft Office) combined with a high level of English and German
