Responsibilities
- Collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to build and deliver communications across various different stages of integration
- Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization, and capacity management across the end-to-end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
- Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements, etc)
- Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
- Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
- At least 3 years of Process or Project Management experience
- Masters degree or MBA (Preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront) (Preferred)
- 4+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients (Preferred)
- 4+ years of Project or Process Management experience (Preferred)
- BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- Interest or experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform
