About the role

  • Responsable Pôle Ingénierie Pédagogique managing training development teams at SODIAAL. Engaging in continuous improvement and aligning training programs with group objectives.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the Group HR Directorate and reporting to the Head of the SODIAAL Academy, you will help shape the Academy and join a dynamic, committed team supporting the Cooperative, in an environment focused on internal development and the creation of innovative, high-quality learning pathways.
  • Lead a team composed of an instructional designer and an apprentice, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that serves our operational teams.
  • Design high-quality learning solutions: develop training pathways aligned with the Group's objectives while ensuring compliance with our standards and quality requirements.
  • Ensure the success of training programs by meeting deadlines and following established processes to maximize impact on our employees.
  • Promote best practices: ensure the application of pedagogical best practices and Academy standards, with attention to compliance with Qualiopi requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement: analyze training feedback to identify areas for enhancement, thereby strengthening the effectiveness of our learning offer.
  • Collaborate with business functions: act as the primary contact for HR Development teams within the business to design and deliver tailored development pathways, while establishing partnerships with suitable external providers.
  • Manage certification programs: ensure efficient execution and oversight of certified training pathways within allocated budgets.
  • Monitor certification developments: stay up to date with technical and regulatory developments in training certifications (RNCP, professional certifications) and provide recommendations for our training offerings.
  • Work with training stakeholders to anticipate training needs and reinforce synergy between instructional leads and domain managers.
  • Participate in the development and updating of our SODIAAL Academy content repository and sharing platform, managing associated content and documentation effectively.
  • Propose and facilitate upskilling initiatives for our internal trainers, such as organizing annual forums.
  • Support the onboarding of new managers during dedicated days and participate in the management of training tools.
  • Increase the visibility of the SODIAAL Academy offer by identifying and implementing innovative communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Required qualification: Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience, including experience in instructional design/learning engineering.
  • Solid grounding in instructional design fundamentals (training flow, modules, sponsors, etc.)
  • Distinguish yourself by your ability to engage others, creativity and curiosity.
  • Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working in a networked environment.
  • Project management skills: planning, coordination and oversight of projects while respecting deadlines and allocated budgets.
  • Experience in industry, particularly the food industry (agri-food), is a plus.
