About the role
- Junior Plant Controller intern at Campari Group managing Finance operations at Novi Ligure plant. Supporting performance monitoring and financial forecasting in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor plant performance and support ongoing operational challenges
- Manage daily activities and contribute to specific site-level projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a hands-on approach, fully integrated into Supply Chain routines
- Interact with Plant Leadership and Regional/Global stakeholders at Campari HQ, as part of the Global FP&A team
- Support the preparation and management of plant financial forecasts (Budget, Revised Budget)
- Contribute to month-end closing activities
- Produce periodic reporting, KPIs, and statistical analyses
- Assist in variance analysis and performance reviews
- Support asset management processes
- Perform tasks and activities within the SAP environment
- Identify and propose improvements to plant management processes and organizational procedures
- Ensure effective and timely information flow between the Plant and Administration functions
- Participate in key strategic projects as the FP&A representative
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
- Demonstrated interest in Finance and Supply Chain through academic coursework, projects, internships, case studies in collaboration with manufacturing companies
- Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field is considered a plus
- Basic understanding of supply chain flows and performance metrics (KPI)
- Proficiency with the Office suite and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and sense of ownership
