- Familiarize and review the “as is” IT services management approach and practices in the Supply Chain domain
- Support the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities in “as is” services
- Be the catalyst for the introduction of improvements and best practices leading to increased observability, proactive application optimization, incident reduction, user satisfaction, automation of recurring tasks, across a broad range of supply chain applications maintained by multiple vendors

- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand how IT services are delivered and help conceptualize the next generation of support practices.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Good communication skills and an inclusive, collaborative attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Genuine curiosity about technology, digital tools, AI, and how IT services work.
