Responsibilities
Familiarize and review the “as is” IT services management approach and practices in the Supply Chain domain
Support the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities in “as is” services
Be the catalyst for the introduction of improvements and best practices leading to increased observability, proactive application optimization, incident reduction, user satisfaction, automation of recurring tasks, across a broad range of supply chain applications maintained by multiple vendors
Support Global IT leaders in reimagining and improving the Application Maintenance & Support model for Supply Chain applications.
Collaborate with multiple teams to understand how IT services are delivered and help conceptualize the next generation of support practices.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Good communication skills and an inclusive, collaborative attitude.
Fluency in English.
Genuine curiosity about technology, digital tools, AI, and how IT services work.
Strong willingness to learn, challenge the status quo, and bring new ideas.
Comfort with data analysis, problem solving, and structured thinking.
