- Support the Commercial teams on plans & decisions (i.e. R&Opps assessment, ROI analysis, forecasting product/customer profitability)
- Implement On Trade revenue growth management initiatives
- Constructively challenge commercial proposals
- Promote a partnership culture between Finance and Sales
- Provide pricing guidance
- Support in annual negotiations and commercial budget allocation x-customers/mechanics
- Lead, prepare & submit Budget and forecast processes for On Trade
- Prepare & Analyze exhibits for business reviews with FD.
- Manage the sales incentive process
- Manage off invoice trade spending accruals
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, preferably MBA or Economics
- 7+ years of Commercial/Customer Finance experience, preferably with a FMCG company
- Revenue Growth management experience is a plus
- Sales or Trade marketing experience is a plus
- Previous pricing experience is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus.
