About the role

  • Support the Commercial teams on plans & decisions (i.e. R&Opps assessment, ROI analysis, forecasting product/customer profitability)
  • Implement On Trade revenue growth management initiatives
  • Constructively challenge commercial proposals
  • Promote a partnership culture between Finance and Sales
  • Provide pricing guidance
  • Support in annual negotiations and commercial budget allocation x-customers/mechanics
  • Lead, prepare & submit Budget and forecast processes for On Trade
  • Prepare & Analyze exhibits for business reviews with FD.
  • Manage the sales incentive process
  • Manage off invoice trade spending accruals

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, preferably MBA or Economics
  • 7+ years of Commercial/Customer Finance experience, preferably with a FMCG company
  • Revenue Growth management experience is a plus
  • Sales or Trade marketing experience is a plus
  • Previous pricing experience is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus.
