Support the Commercial teams on plans & decisions (i.e. R&Opps assessment, ROI analysis, forecasting product/customer profitability)
Implement On Trade revenue growth management initiatives
Constructively challenge commercial proposals
Promote a partnership culture between Finance and Sales
Provide pricing guidance
Support in annual negotiations and commercial budget allocation x-customers/mechanics
Lead, prepare & submit Budget and forecast processes for On Trade
Prepare & Analyze exhibits for business reviews with FD.
Manage the sales incentive process
Manage off invoice trade spending accruals
Requirements
Degree in Finance, preferably MBA or Economics
7+ years of Commercial/Customer Finance experience, preferably with a FMCG company
Revenue Growth management experience is a plus
Sales or Trade marketing experience is a plus
Previous pricing experience is a plus
Fluency in Italian and English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus.
