- Standardizing web development practices, focusing on backend technologies.
- Delivering products that are readable, maintainable, and adhere to Cambio's high-quality software standards.
- Creating automated test suites to ensure functionality and prevent regression.
- Contributing to Cambio's software framework, enhancing our platform, and tools to maintain and improve product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with strong proficiency in Python
- Proven experience building backend systems, using frameworks such as Django or similar
- Demonstrated ability to propose multiple solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and identify the most effective approach
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working at a startup environment (Series A or similar) is preferred, but not required
