About the role
- Associate Consultant supporting field consultants in strategic planning and performance evaluation. Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions to institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Support field consultants in strategic planning, performance evaluation, plan implementation, education, and business development
- Collaborate with specialty research teams to support the delivery of solutions to institutional clients
- Assist in developing project plans and annual reviews
- Ensure timely delivery of reports produced by other teams within the firm
- Coordinate prep meetings with consulting team to ensure client needs are met on a timely basis
- Assist in manager/product research as needed
- Present at educational workshops and webinars
- Collaborate with consultants and other departments to respond to requests for proposal
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, economics, or a related discipline (we are also open to those with differing backgrounds and a strong interest in financial markets)
- Progress toward or interest in earning the CFA and/or CAIA designation, if not yet earned
- 1 - 3 years of work experience preferred, particularly in the investment industry
