About the role

  • Assistant role in accounting and back office for Creative Dreams, a performance marketing agency focusing on eCommerce brands. Supporting management with administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the right hand to management for back office tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Preparation of preliminary bookkeeping and filing
  • HR processes, applicant management and administration
  • Drafting documents and correspondence for management
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and travel

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • Experience with accounting processes and procedures
  • Self-driven approach to solving problems and challenges
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel (Google Sheets / Docs)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of independence, flexibility and reliability
  • No formal vocational qualification or completed degree required
