About the role

  • Product Manager responsible for defining product strategy, managing a multidisciplinary team in São Paulo, Brazil. Focused on user needs, product metrics, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and objectives
  • Conduct continuous discovery to deeply understand users' and customers' problems, needs, and behaviors
  • Turn problems and opportunities into clear, prioritized solutions
  • Manage the product roadmap
  • Coordinate the work of multidisciplinary squads
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of deliveries
  • Lead launches of new features and product evolutions
  • Ensure consistency and quality in the user experience
  • Serve as the product's liaison with executive leadership and other areas of the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Digital Product Management: Proven experience managing digital products, including defining vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritizing features in SaaS environments or complex platforms
  • Continuous Discovery and Validation Methods: Strong knowledge of discovery techniques, user interviews, hypothesis testing, journey mapping, and methodologies such as Lean Product, Dual-Track, Design Thinking, and Jobs-to-be-Done
  • Metrics and Data Analysis: Proficiency with product metrics (KPIs, North Star, AARRR, adoption, engagement, retention), experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI), and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Product and Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Miro, and other platforms used for planning, documentation, and prototyping
  • Go-to-Market Experience: Knowledge of feature launch practices, internal and external communication, and alignment with support, marketing, sales, and stakeholders to ensure efficient adoption
  • Preferred Certifications: Certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Product School, AIPMM, or similar are a plus but not required.
