About the role
- QA Coordinator leading the QA team to ensure quality in e-commerce projects at Cadastra. Focused on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in QA practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the QA team, promoting a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
- Ensure the application of effective QA methodologies and practices (functional and non-functional);
- Actively participate in building and evolving testing processes together with product and development teams;
- Define and monitor quality indicators, execution time, test coverage, and team efficiency;
- Identify tools and technical solutions that optimize the team’s work;
- Assist in defining automated testing strategies and in creating robust test plans;
- Serve as a facilitator in communication between technical areas, product teams, and business stakeholders;
- Lead QA team rituals and ceremonies, promoting alignment and task prioritization.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software testing (front-end, back-end, and mobile);
- Advanced knowledge of QA processes and methodologies (unit, integration, regression, performance, security testing);
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma);
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia);
- Ability to provide technical leadership and to lead prioritization and refinement meetings;
- Strong documentation skills and ability to mentor QAs at different levels (junior, mid-level, senior);
- Experience with mobile testing;
- Experience in people management and providing continuous feedback;
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or similar).
