About the role
- Junior Legal Analyst responsible for assisting with administrative legal defenses in São Paulo. Providing support to external lawyers and maintaining internal case records.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance and support in low-complexity administrative defenses under the supervision of the immediate superior.
- Assist external counsel by providing information that supports the preparation of the Company's defense.
- Update and maintain the case/process registry organized in the internal system.
- Provide monthly control/reporting of the provision register.
- Request and carry out external services (filings, various diligences).
- Generate periodic reports.
- Act as the company's representative (preposto) at administrative hearings when necessary.
