About the role

  • Project Manager for Underground Transmission Lines at Black & Veatch. Responsible for managing HV, underground, and overhead transmission line projects with substantial community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the bottom-line for projects encompassing HV, underground, and overhead transmission lines
  • Execute projects that have substantial impact within various communities
  • Own a diversity of projects within the electric grid space including both innovative and proven technologies
  • Manage schedule, budget, and scope of services and/or EPC projects
  • Interface between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience with overhead and/or underground transmission line projects
  • Experience in multiple phases of project execution
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree
  • PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements
