About the role

  • Project Engineering Manager overseeing engineering execution for water/wastewater projects. Leading multi-discipline teams while managing budgets and client relations in Eagle, ID.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of the engineering component of multiple traditional, design-build, design-bid-build, and collaborative delivery projects including advanced treatment facilities, underground conveyance, and carbon neutral solutions.
  • Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile municipal projects.
  • Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management in support of a project.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Previous engineering consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
