- Procurement Manager at BURGA driving procurement strategy and supplier negotiations. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, analyze market trends, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Work closely with inventory, quality, and production teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, and industry regulations and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Track supplier performance, generate procurement reports, and optimize purchasing decisions.
- Address supply disruptions, resolve contract disputes, and enhance procurement efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong skills in negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Ability to analyze procurement data, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to legal and company policies.
- Ability to handle supplier issues, disputes, and supply chain disruptions.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English.
