About the role

  • Auditing Project Analyst overseeing audit projects and ensuring compliance with quality standards at Bureau Veritas. Collaborating with various teams to achieve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling audit projects after the planning phase, ensuring deadlines are met, proper communication between involved areas, and traceability of information.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and ensure technical, commercial, and quality requirements are met in accordance with the laboratory's management system.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for audit processes and project monitoring, contributing to operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of communication and execution flows among technical, commercial, and quality management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) with at least 1 year of experience in the field, or Technical education (in progress or completed) with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Analytical ability
  • Ability to resolve low-complexity problems, such as clarifying issues with clients or providing post-sales support.
  • Knowledge of audit processes is desirable
  • Advanced English
  • Basic to intermediate negotiation skills.
