Responsibilities
- Define and enforce technical and architectural decisions (design patterns, tech stack, best practices)
- Ensure code quality, performance and maintainability (code reviews, refactoring, clean code)
- Actively contribute to the development of complex or critical features
- Lead technical rituals (architecture reviews, technology watch, tooling decisions)
- Interact with stakeholders (product, clients) during sprint reviews
- Provide technical mentorship to developers and support their growth
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes (CI/CD, DevOps, software quality)
- Participate in long-term technical strategy and the industrialization of cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's (Bac+5) in Computer Science / Software Development
- Minimum 4 years' experience working on technical projects in production
- Proficient in at least one modern backend language (Java, Kotlin, Python, PHP, TypeScript, etc.)
- Solid experience with a backend framework (Spring, Symfony, FastAPI, Nest.js, etc.) and/or frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Excellent understanding of software architectures (design, scalability, performance)
- Strong command of Git, CI/CD, Docker and DevOps best practices
- Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven experience in technical leadership or team lead roles
