About the role

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Develop customized brand solutions for advertisers and partners, leveraging both Travel+Leisure India and Lifestyle Asia India’s strengths in luxury travel and lifestyle content.
  • Assist in creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that highlight unique selling points and demonstrate the value proposition of both brands.
  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to the sales team to enhance client relationships and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Support in the development of branded content, native advertising, and sponsorship opportunities to offer clients integrated marketing solutions that drive business results.
  • Work with the sales team to identify and nurture new business opportunities, particularly in the luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors, through joint marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Identify new business development opportunities, including sponsorships, collaborations, and events, to diversify revenue streams.
  • Plan and execute high-profile events to elevate brand presence and engage with premium audiences.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury brands, travel companies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for the marketing team to stay ahead in the evolving media landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong experience in both digital and traditional marketing, with a deep understanding of brand building, audience targeting, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, print, online, events).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience working with luxury brands and an understanding of the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) audience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A deep passion for travel, lifestyle, and luxury industries is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant certifications in digital marketing/branding is a plus.
