About the role
- Junior Finance Manager responsible for accounting tasks at C3 Creative Code and Content. Involves managing receivables, payables, and supporting project management.
Responsibilities
- Receivables accounting: invoicing of outgoing invoices and support in dunning/receivables management
- Payables accounting: coding, verification and approval of documents; clarification of incoming invoices; account reconciliation
- Participation in month-end closings: provisions; review of account postings and, where necessary, initiating reclassifications/adjusting entries
- Master data maintenance in agency software
- Support for project management on payables- and receivables-related issues
- Various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., finance and accounting clerk, industrial clerk or similar)
- Some professional experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage (preferably in the media industry)
- Solid user skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Good written and spoken English
- Meticulous and accurate working style with a conscientious approach to numbers, documents and process workflows
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn, combined with a high level of trustworthiness and personal accountability
