About the role

  • BCBA Clinical Supervisor leading clinical care and mentoring staff in an ABA agency. Ensuring high-quality services for children and young adults with Autism in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
  • Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • 1+ year BCBA experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment
  • Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings
