About the role

  • Responsible for the development and management of the motor insurance business
  • Coordinate and support the team in handling complex cases
  • Manage tenders, contract and claims administration, collections, and data maintenance for the company’s own client portfolio
  • Maintain close relationships with insurers and service providers; conduct negotiations as an equal partner
  • Drive the strategic development of the motor insurance line
  • Analyze portfolios, processes, and market trends

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in motor fleet insurance
  • Prior leadership or management experience
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a family-oriented work environment
