About the role

- Responsible for assessing the individual motor insurance needs of our commercial and industrial clients
- Finding suitable motor insurance solutions for every industry
- Negotiating on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts/assessors
- Managing tenders, debt collection, claims handling, policy creation and data maintenance
- Supporting field sales with client acquisition and the preparation and follow-up of annual reviews
- Providing technical expertise to contribute to the company’s business development and success
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a related university degree or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally experience with large fleet insurance
- Strong customer service orientation and close client relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, family-style working environment
