About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and propose appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions for each industry
- Conduct negotiations with service providers, insurers and independent experts/assessors
- Handle tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance
- Support field sales in acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Experience with large fleet accounts
- Passion for customer service and building close client relationships
