About the role

Responsibilities
- Assessing the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our commercial and industrial customers
- Identifying suitable motor vehicle insurance solutions
- Negotiating on behalf of our customers with service providers, insurers and experts/adjusters
- Managing tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Supporting the field sales team with acquisition and annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally experience with large fleet insurance
- A passion for customer support and close customer relationships
- Commitment to delivering customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well within a team and feel comfortable in our family-style working environment
