About the role

- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance
- Develop concepts and solutions while taking customer requirements into account
- Serve as the interface and maintain communication with clients and co-brokers domestically and internationally
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services specialist, a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent English skills
- Professional experience in the international insurance sector
- A passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a family-oriented work environment
