Responsibilities
Handle the individual insurance needs of our existing and new clients in the industrial and commercial sector
Work with the team to find the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
Support acquisition of new clients
Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts/adjusters
Prepare and present proposals, support claims processing and participate in annual review meetings
Build strong customer relationships and provide attentive, client-focused service
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
Enjoy customer service, be customer-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction
Be comfortable working with a strong team spirit and in our family-like working environment
