About the role

  • Customer Advisor for insurance focusing on real estate at BüchnerBarella. Managing customer relationships and contract details while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take the individual insurance needs of our customers from the residential property and real estate sector seriously
  • Serve as the first point of contact in the internal service team
  • Handle all contract-related matters and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to identify appropriate insurance solutions for each property
  • Negotiate on behalf of our customers with service providers, insurers and experts
  • Perform risk analyses, prepare tenders, manage collections, handle claims, draft contracts and maintain data

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Experience in the commercial insurance environment, preferably in the real estate sector
  • A desire to focus on residential property and actively contribute to its development
  • A passion for customer service and close customer relationships, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, family-like work environment and embracing a strong “we” spirit
