About the role

  • Manage the individual insurance needs of clients in the residential housing and real estate sector
  • Act as the primary internal contact, resolve all contractual matters, and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Identify insurance solutions tailored to each property
  • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and expert assessors in the interest of the client
  • Perform risk analysis, tendering, collections, claims handling, policy drafting and data maintenance
  • Support field-based account managers in preparing annual review meetings
  • Contribute to company development with professional expertise

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or equivalent university degree or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the commercial insurance environment, preferably with a focus on real estate
  • Desire to specialize in the residential housing sector and actively shape it
  • Passion for client service and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, family-style work environment
