  • Content Specialist responsible for developing and managing high-impact retail marketing content for Brunswick. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, curating, and managing high-impact content that supports retail marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with brand and channel marketing to create channel specific briefs.
  • Partnering with Divisional teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintaining an editorial calendar aligned with retail marketing priorities.
  • Monitoring content performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaising with channel and sales to gather insights and ensure content meets business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), digital publishing tools, and basic graphic design platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and retail merchandising principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
