About the role
- Project Coordinator Intern assisting with project coordination and transition to agile methodologies at Broadridge. Gaining hands-on experience in technology-driven business projects in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead small projects or workstreams end-to-end under the guidance of a project manager
- Support the ongoing transformation from waterfall to agile teams, including helping to organize agile ceremonies and artifacts
- Assist with the support and administration of release management activities under the supervision of a Release Manager
- Prepare and maintain clear, concise project status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Host and facilitate meetings to track updates and action items from project managers and team leads
- Help monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
- Contribute to documenting processes, improving templates, and standardizing reporting across projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in project management, agile methodologies, and technology-driven projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking in meetings
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
