About the role

  • Product Manager developing data aggregation solutions for Broadridge’s Wealth Aggregation and Insights Team. Leading project execution and collaborating with product and development teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in various applications story discovery and scoping throughout the life cycle of each code release.
  • Aid in the design of detailed data mapping and report designs that are specifically linked to defined business requirements ensuring coverage of all relevant business and system functionality.
  • Act as liaison between development and testing teams to ensure proper hand-off documentation meets all necessary standards ensuring defects/issues are clarified, understood and resolved.
  • Analyze, design, and document new or modified procedures and standards and assist in the development and implementation of metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications.
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements with the appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Deliver accurate effort estimates for work you're leading and adhere to strict project milestones.
  • Daily management of duties throughout the agile project life cycle and provide proactive updates to project leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Information Technology or other related fields
  • 5+ years of software product design and management within an agile environment
  • 5+ years of Financial/Brokerage Services Industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.
  • Ability to understand new concepts and ramp up on new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriately.
  • Knowledge of SaaS applications
  • Optional proficiency in Microsoft SQL queries to research, analyze and troubleshoot data.
  • Previous experience with Atlassian’s Jira & Confluence products is preferred.
